Campus Relocation and The Museum 

Since the foundation as the Kyushu Imperial University in 1911, the Kyushu University has built up its history here at the Hakozaki campus for over 100 years. While the relocation to the new campus (Ito campus) was completed in September 2018, the Kyushu University Museum remains at the Hakozaki Satellite.
We will continue communicating the pleasure of scientific exploration based on specimens to the widest possible audience through publications, exhibitions, web contents and educational programs, as well as playing its role as a university facility.
